Site visit and overall Quality Analysis and Quality Control Checks to ensure that the material on site is as per the quality and manufactured as per design intent and also site execution is as per the approved drawings.
Integration Testing with testing of failure scenarios on full load
Commissioning
Follow up for Snaglist completion
Training to Operation teams with handling over all Completion, Commissioning and Operation Manuals of equipment after review and Certifying as built Drawings , Clearing the final dues of all vendors before signing their Commissioning reports and Validating their Warranty certifcates
